Orders are processed in the order they are received. Shipping estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside the control of Grow & Glow Wellness Co.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Grow & Glow Wellness Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

If a package is lost or damaged during transit, Grow & Glow Wellness Co. may assist the customer in filing a claim with the carrier but is not responsible for carrier errors or delays.

Damage claims must be emailed to support@growandglowwellnessco.com within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and photos of the outer shipping box, the carrier label, and the damaged item including its seal. Claims without photo documentation cannot be reviewed.

Due to the nature of laboratory research products, all sales are generally considered final.

Refunds, replacements, or exchanges may be provided at Grow & Glow Wellness Co.'s sole discretion in cases involving shipping errors, damaged products, or other verified issues.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. Grow & Glow Wellness Co. reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.
