All materials offered by Grow & Glow Wellness Co. are sold for laboratory research use only. Please read the terms below before placing an order — checkout confirms your agreement to all of them.
What does “For Research Use Only” mean?
Every item we sell is supplied strictly as a laboratory reference material for in-vitro study and analytical work. These materials are not drugs, not dietary supplements, not cosmetics and not medical devices. They have not been reviewed or approved by the FDA for any use in humans or animals.
Can these products be used on people or animals?
No. Human consumption, injection, topical application, inhalation or veterinary use is strictly prohibited, and any such use falls entirely outside the terms of sale. Nothing on this site is medical advice, a dosing recommendation or a claim of safety or efficacy.
Who is allowed to purchase?
You must be at least 21 years old and purchasing as a qualified researcher, or on behalf of a laboratory, university or research organization. By checking out you confirm you have the training, facilities and legal authority to handle research chemicals safely and lawfully.
What are my legal responsibilities as the buyer?
The buyer is the end user and is solely responsible for complying with all federal, state and local laws, along with any institutional or ethics-board requirements that apply to their work. You may not resell, relabel, redistribute or repackage these materials for human use, and you accept all liability for how they are stored, handled and disposed of.
How should the materials be handled and stored?
Handle only in an appropriate laboratory setting with proper personal protective equipment. Unless the product page states otherwise, vials arrive lyophilized and should be stored at -20°C, protected from light, and kept sealed. Sealed vials may be kept refrigerated at 2–8°C for short-term storage.
Do you provide certificates of analysis?
Yes. Third-party HPLC and MS testing documentation for a batch is available on request — email support@growandglowwellnessco.com with the product code and your order reference.
Do you offer dosing, protocol or medical guidance?
No. We cannot provide dosing information, research protocols, or any guidance implying human or animal use. Questions of that nature will not be answered.
What happens if these terms are violated?
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, at any time, where the intended use appears to fall outside laboratory research. Orders cancelled on these grounds are refunded to the original payment method.
